Authentise Threads: Collaboration for integration of Plyable and Google Docs

Authentise, a provider of workflow management solutions for engineering and manufacturing, has announced the launch of new integrations for its flagship product Authentise Threads. The collaboration with Plyable and Google Docs Suite is designed to streamline engineering processes, improve collaboration and shorten the time from idea to finished product.

The integration with Plyable, an online platform for designing, quoting and sourcing composite molds, brings a new level of efficiency to the mold development process. Engineers can now access Plyable’s features directly within Threads, allowing them to receive composite mold designs, pricing and schedules while collaborating with colleagues on Threads. Orders for molds can be completed online within seconds. This integration streamlines the entire design process by allowing engineers to get the information they need instantly and eliminate separate workflows for mold development. This shortens lead times and improves collaboration between design and manufacturing teams.

Annotations in Google Sheets, documents and presentations are now visible directly in Authentise, similar to annotations on 3D models that Authentise announced back in April. By using the familiar Google Docs interface, engineers can collaborate seamlessly, regardless of their location or device. The integration with Threads makes it easier to engage colleagues and develop new product ideas collaboratively.
