Airtech Advanced Materials Group announces Partnership with CEAD

Airtech Advanced Materials Group has expanded its 3D printing capabilities with the integration of CEAD‘s Flexbot systems.

The system is now part of Airtech’s Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Springfield, Tennessee, where it will be used to develop new resins for 3D printing and explore innovative applications in various market segments.

Gregory Haye, Director of Additive Manufacturing at Airtech, highlights the importance of this addition, stating, “CEAD’s industry-leading, fully integrated, robotic printing and milling hybrid solution equips Airtech to support its continued growth in the additive manufacturing market segment, providing unparalleled support for CEAD and Airtech customers worldwide.”

The expertise of Airtech’s additive manufacturing experts will be deepened through daily use and planned development work with the CEAD Flexbot. This will further enhance their ability to support global customers in using Airtech Dahltram resins in combination with the CEAD Flexbot and robotic extruder solutions.

This partnership has the potential to advance the additive manufacturing industry and redefine the boundaries of precision manufacturing.

This partnership is poised to advance the additive manufacturing industry, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in precision manufacturing. Lucas Janssen, CEO of CEAD, reflects on this milestone, saying, “This marks a significant step in reinforcing our pivotal relationship with the exceptional team at Airtech.”

The alliance between Airtech and CEAD thus symbolizes a progressive step towards a more efficient and flexible production landscape and underlines the commitment of both companies to drive innovative solutions in the field of 3D printing.
