Ed Graham promoted to Director of Additive Manufacturing at Prototek

3D printing specialist Prototek announced the promotion of Ed Graham to Director of Additive Manufacturing.

Graham, who has been an integral part of the Prototek team for many years, will now act as the company’s main point of contact for industry relations, utilizing his extensive experience to strengthen and expand Prototek’s connections in additive manufacturing.

In his new role, Graham will lead additive manufacturing processes for enterprise customers in collaboration with Prototek’s commercial team. He will also present Prototek’s services at trade shows, webinars and other industry events, as well as build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and organizations such as MSOE, America Makes, AMUG and SME. Additionally, Graham will update the company’s additive strategy in coordination with Prototek’s strategic, commercial and operational leaders.

Throughout his career, Graham has demonstrated remarkable ability to build strong relationships with customers and industry partners. At ProtoCAM, he was instrumental in establishing key partnerships with leading vendors and suppliers, significantly enhancing the company’s product offering and operational efficiency. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven innovation, keeping the organizations he has worked with ahead of the curve and meeting the evolving needs of their customers.

Graham’s commitment to continuous learning and his active participation in professional organizations and educational initiatives underscore his passion for additive manufacturing. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and webinars, where he shares his insights into the future of additive manufacturing. Graham received the prestigious Dino award from the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) in 2020 and currently sits on the board of this organization. He also works with educational institutions to promote the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure the next generation of engineers and technologists are well prepared for future challenges. His leadership skills and enthusiasm for the field have earned him numerous awards and established him as a thought leader in additive manufacturing.
