The French 3D printing service provider Sculpteo introduces the Multipart tool, which simplifies the upload for files that contain more than just one part.
Whether you want to 3D print an object with moving parts or one that requires the assembly of multiple parts, the Multipart feature enables customers to choose between two options when uploading 3D files.
You can either 3D print the object in a single run as once whole piece or choose the Multi-piece set option, which allows for your design to be 3D printed in separate parts:
For the Multi-piece set 3D print Sculpteo charges a minimum of € 6 for each part due to the fact that more than one part needs to be handled by operators.
Users of the Service now also have the choice between ordering the whole set in one click or manually selecting single parts:
