BCN3D, a Barcelona-based 3D printer manufacturer, has unveiled the new BCN3D Omega I60 during a special event at its headquarters. The BCN3D Omega I60 is an all-in-one FFF industrial 3D printer designed for the production of large, stable prototypes and end-use parts, especially for tools, fixtures and mounts.
Its feature set includes upgraded IDEX technology for independent dual printing, improved HAQ-XY kinematics for precise motion, a powerful 1.75mm direct-drive extrusion system and an active heated chamber. Add to that a huge 60-liter print volume, a material processing system for filament preparation, and XYZ auto-calibration to guarantee first layer adhesion.
The material portfolio offered for the BCN3D Omega I60 covers applications such as tooling, low-volume production and large-scale prototyping. Customers can choose BCN3D filaments, the Open Filament Network or custom materials.
The BCN3D Omega I60 starts at €19,995 // $21,995 USD (excl. VAT) and will start shipping on September 15, 2023. Pre-orders are available starting today. For more information on the Omega I60, interested parties can sign up for the Omega Launchpad program.
