3D printing specialist nano3Dprint has introduced new conductive silver inks for its 3D printers. The products have been developed in collaboration with Creative Materials and are designed for use in the A2200, B3300 and MatDep Pro printer models.
The main product, DW100-24, is a water-based, electrically conductive ink with a low VOC content. It is particularly suitable for direct-write 3D printing applications with nano3Dprint’s multi-material 3D printers. The ink can be air dried at room temperature or heat cured at 100°C to 175°C to achieve maximum conductivity.
A special feature of DW100-24 is its good adhesion to various surfaces such as Kapton, Mylar, glass, PLA and ABS. In contrast to conventional conductive materials, this ink is characterised by high flexibility and kink resistance. Possible applications include embedded 3D circuits, medical electrodes, printed circuit boards and membrane switches.
With this product expansion, nano3Dprint is responding to the growing demand for flexible and high-performance materials for the 3D printing of electronic components.
